About Randy Mason
Randy Mason is a People Matter Ministries associate who specializes in speaking to men’s groups. He has more than 30 years of experience mentoring men in their pursuit of a deeper life in Christ as well as developing leadership teams. Randy has mentored numerous young leaders in the context of local churches. He leads Vision4men, which is devoted to helping churches build male leaders through:

Coaching Churches Randy is certified through the National Coalition of Men’s Ministries to coach churches in developing strategic plans to help every man become a fully-devoted follower of Jesus Christ.

Equipping Men Seminars Randy teaches seminars including Finding Your “Greater Yes!”, Accountability, The Three S’s Missing in Men’s Lives, Overcoming the Four Manhood Wounds, Mentoring, and a strategy workshop called Reaching Every Man.

Leadership Training Randy empowers pastors to build men of action to help lead their churches.

Iron Sharpens Iron National Men’s Equipping Conference Randy serves as the local host ministry for Michigan.

Randy and his wife, Diana, have been married for 32 years and have two children. The couple has benefitted from multiple opportunities to work together in ministry both in the United States and in Paraguay and the Dominican Republic. They have led Homebuilder’s Bible study groups for more than 15 years and participated in Marriage Encounter weekends.

With the completion of his master’s degree in interdisciplinary technology in 1995, Randy’s passion for reading was shaped by a desire to stay abreast of the impact technology would bring to a changing world economy and its effects on culture, specifically urban culture and young men. Randy has networked with urban ministries in the Detroit metropolitan area and Flint, helping develop numerous men’s gatherings ranging from game dinners to weekend retreats and men’s prayer breakfasts. Randy has also served as the director of stadium events for Teen Mania Ministries and served as a national event manager for Promise Keepers.

Randy has also served as the president of the East Michigan Conference of the Free Methodist Church Ministry to Men (EM3) and has served on the executive board for the Genesee Valley Men of Christ, creating a nationally recognized National Day of Prayer/Community Prayer Breakfast. Randy speaks often to church groups and contracts with churches to coach their ministry to men. In addition, Randy stays active in the community volunteering with urban projects in Flint.

About Rex Tignor
Rex Tignor is the founder of Man UP Ministries and is the Eastern director for People Matter Ministries.

He co-authored “Why Ministry to Men?” with Dr. Dan Erickson. As Eastern director for, he leads “Finding Your Greater Yes!” conferences. Rex believes that God has put a “Greater Yes!” inside of every person that God is waiting for us to live it out.

Rex also serves on the leadership team for the Washington Area Coalition of Men’s Ministries (WACMM) and Virginia Men of Vision. He is the former Men’s Ministry director for Redemption Ministries for the state of Virginia, where he assisted more than 70 churches as well as assisting in several church plants.

His passion for effective fathering led him to help establish a fatherhood program for the Department of Social Services of Henrico County, Va., resulting in an annual Fatherhood Conference. In addition, he has facilitated weekly meetings for fathers who are involved with Department of Social Services and court systems in the Richmond, Va., area.

Rex believes in the importance of men making a difference in their families, churches and communities. Rex and his wife, Becky, have been married for 30 years and live in Glen Allen, Va., with their two children.
